Starting school for the first time!

For children starting school for the first time in Nursery, we have three intakes - September 2023, January 2024 and April 2024. For reception children, there is one intake in September 2023. We offer full time Nursery provision - in their first week the children attend the morning session only; in week two they attend the morning session and stay for lunch. In the third week, the children begin to stay for the whole day. These procedures help settle the children quickly into their new school life. Please note: Children who attend our Nursery will still need to apply for a place in Reception the following year. In the term before starting school, parents will receive a letter inviting them to a meeting and tour of the school.
