Personalised assessments provide feedback on learners’ reading and numeracy skills so that learners, their teachers and their parents/carers can understand where they are in their learning journey. The information from the assessments helps teachers to plan next steps and to support learners to make progress.
Personalised assessments in reading and numeracy are taken online by learners in years 2 to 9 in maintained schools in Wales.
Please find below past papers of the Welsh Governments national Tests for pupils in Years 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. There are three types of tests:
Numeracy: PROCEDURAL
Numeracy: REASONING
